Shipping:
- Flat rate shipping on outgoing orders within the United States of $7.99. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within two BUSINESS DAYS with some exceptions of major holidays. Due to current delivery delays which are out of our control we cannot promise a delivery date. Please have patience with all delivery services this season. Tracking numbers are provided with all orders. Reference that number for updated delivery times.
- FREE local pickup is available (in Savage) during business hours.
Coupon/Promotion/Reward Dollars Policy:
- Coupons can not be used on prior purchases and must be used within the valid redemption dates. One coupon per transaction. Reward dollars can not be combined with other promotions.
- Coupons/Reward Dollars are forfeited when items are returned and can not be refunded or adjusted to other items on the previous receipt or future purchases. Coupons are 1 time use only.
Returns to In Store Credit:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. A purchase receipt is required to process a return for store credit.
- Regular priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with a dated receipt.
- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Footwear, Seasonal and Sale/Clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the return is an online purchase it should be appropriately packed to prevent damage during shipment.
- We reserve the right to deny an item for return should it not meet the policy requirements.
