Shipping & Exchanges
Shipping:
- Domestic orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $75 have a shipping fee of $7.99. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
- Orders are processed and shipped within two business days, excluding major holidays. Due to ongoing delivery delays beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We kindly ask for your patience with all delivery services during this season. Tracking numbers are included with every order—please use them for updated delivery information. Giggle Gals Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- At the moment, there are no local pickup options available.
Coupon/Promotion/Reward Dollars Policy:
- Coupons can not be used on prior purchases and must be used within the valid redemption dates. One coupon per transaction. Reward dollars can not be combined with other promotions.
- Coupons/Reward Dollars are forfeited when items are returned and can not be refunded or adjusted to other items on the previous receipt or future purchases. Coupons are 1 time use only.
Returns to In Store Credit:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. A purchase receipt is required to process a return for store credit.
- Regular priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition with a dated receipt.
- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Footwear, Seasonal and Sale/Clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the return is an online purchase it should be appropriately packed to prevent damage during shipment.
- We reserve the right to deny an item for return should it not meet the policy requirements.
